Assessment of Development Opportunities
Householder development and extensions: From £200
Residential development: From £500
Commercial Development: From £450
Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas: From £500
Advertisement Consents: From £500
*1/3 of the fees above are deducted from our planning application fees where Opportunity Assessments result in planning applications.
Planning applications, Listed Building Consent applications and Advertisement Consent applications:
Householder applications: From £720
Residential applications: From £1000
Commercial applications: From £950
Listed Building Consent Applications: From £1000

Appeals
The Cost of undertaking appeals depends on the complexity of the case, the number of reasons for refusal and the choice of procedure. A starting point for costs relating to written representation appeals are given below:
